Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with the fixes or monitoring you received, we offer refunds under the conditions below.
Fix Pack (one-time)
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded or used any of the generated fixes.
- Partial refund or credit if the fixes generated were incorrect or not applicable to your site. Contact us with details and we'll make it right.
- No refund if you've downloaded and used the fixes, since the service has been fully delivered.
Watch — monthly subscription
- Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't connected any project, run any scans, or used any fixes.
- No refunds for partial months once monitoring has run on at least one project.
Watch — annual subscription
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't connected any project or used any fixes.
- Pro-rated refund available within the first 60 days for unused months, minus any monthly-rate equivalent for time used.
- Cancel anytime after that — access continues until the end of the prepaid year, then auto-renew stops.
Watch Custom (20+ projects)
Custom plans follow the terms in your signed agreement. Contact your account manager or hello@shipvettd.com to discuss.
How to request a refund
- Email us at hello@shipvettd.com with your payment ID or email address.
- Include the reason for your refund request.
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Once we issue a refund, it can take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card network. International refunds may also incur foreign-exchange differences from the original conversion — we refund the original transaction amount in the original currency.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first — we almost always sort it out faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback against a valid charge (one that matches our refund policy above) will result in your account being suspended while we dispute it with the payment network. Repeat or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account closure.
Site Scan (free)
Site Scan is always free — no payment required, nothing to refund. Scan as many sites as you want without creating an account.
Payment methods
- International payments are processed via Dodo Payments in USD.
- Indian payments are processed via Cashfree in INR.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
